Our Mission
At FoundationCalcs, we aim to provide a free, open-source Python package for the analysis and design of various foundation types, adhering to the European and American Standards. Our goal is to offer a tool that delivers results comparable to paid software, with little to no cost.
Our Vision
We are dedicated to creating a full scale web version capable of cloud based analysis and design of foundation systems, making it accessible to a wider audience. Our future plans include adding various foundation types including strap footing, raft foundation, piles and pile caps etc calculation in accordance to the british and american standards.
Our Products
FoudnationCalcs built upon the FoundationDesign module is capable of performing critical structural checks for foundations, including bending moments, shear forces, sliding checks, crack width checks, and more. It utilizes Python packages like numpy, plotly, scipy, and IndeterminateBeam for its calculations.
